Urine Panel at regular check up

I will be 10 weeks tomorrow. I had my regular checkup with my doctor today where he did a routine urine panel. I think it tests for proteins, glucose, etc. I received a call from the office this afternoon saying something showed up and they want me to provide a fresh sample tomorrow to send to the lab. Any idea what this could be????? 😬😬
