Hey all! Have any of you tracked your ovulation with bbt? If yes, what do you use? Also, I know the Ava bracelet isn’t recommended for women with PCOS, but have any of you tried it and recommend? The opk’s are getting really tiresome and I want to try something different. Thank you!😁
