Potty training

So my little is going to be 18 months on the 5th. I’ve always heard that 18 months is when it’s the easiest to potty train. I potty trained my oldest at 2 and a half and it really wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. I would be great to have both of them out of diapers! Do you plan to potty train soon? Do you think now is to early? I don’t even think she can say potty or anything.
