Ectopics have me scared

I had a ruptured ectopic 14 years ago with removal of tube, followed by 2 heathy pregnancies. Last year i suffered another ectopic in my remaining tube but was promptly treated with methotrexate. Im really scared my chances of anymore babies are gone now, anyone ever been through this? Also scared of another ectopic. Dr told me that after methotrexate there is rarely scarring in the tube and it may take longer just because i have 1 tube and im 35 this year. I have pnmy been actively ttc for 3 months. Any one with positive stories? X
