Anaesthetic and periods

Hi ladies

I had an operation on the 12th September and I’m usually due on the 16th every month. I had a pregnancy test which came back negative but now two weeks after I still haven’t had a period. Does general anaesthetic sometimes affect flow? I am also on the implant
