Does anyone know what this means??

Felicia

So I went to ER earlier today. In my area it’s literally horrible. They don’t Ever tell you anything or do anything right there. For example they sent my sister in law home saying she was having growing pains from her uterus when in reality she had a really bad kidney infection she almost died from when pregnant. ANYWAYS. I had an ultrasound done to check fluid of baby which was fine so they sent me home. Well I get home and am looking at the report on the patient portal and it says this?? I look up what that accessory succenturiate lobe and I guess it’s dangerous and a lobe that can grow on the placenta causing it to rupture? But it usually only happens in women older than 35 and in some kind of fertilization things. I am 20 years old and this is my second baby?? Also it says a placental mass? Does anyone know what this mean? Im kinda freaking out. They didn’t tell me I had a follow up ultrasound at my appointment next week either or to do pelvic rest until then. They didn’t tell me any of this. And the report that is in bold is what my OB wrote bc I guess they sent her the scan and she did a report on it? I don’t know im so confused. HELP😫
