So i started TTC at age 27. At age 30 once referred to <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> clinic was told only way to have baby was <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> due to hubby sperm count .. did billions of tests on me and only thing they told me was egg quality not great prob as im classes as obese! Fast forward 10 years.. 9 <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> cycles.. 2 transfers only (never took).. moved clinics. Recommended hubby get a surgery called varicole repair to help with sperm and it did.. went to normal quailty rates and told off you go try naturally.. nope still nothing..

I lose 40kg.. still nothing.. hitting 38 now and given up almost.

Decided at 39 to try one last <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> cycle but before i start..

1. Stick to acupuncture 10 weeks before i start (i used to go 2 weeks skip a week etc)

2. Take chinese meds religiously!!

3. Take melatonin for egg quality

4 vit d vit e pre natal iron too

Was feeling good 8 weeks in to all that mind you still getting BFN sadly..

Went to <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> doc bought <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> meds for next round..

But still stuck to all my routines and vitamins..

Waiting for day 1 to start <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a>.. 5 days late (unusual but no more bfn so ill wait -13 years of them is enough)

7 days late damn you af i want to start <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a>!! Test and wham BFP. First evr in my life..ever.. naturally too at 40..

Please dont give up if you and push on.. please research and get other opions and try things like acupuncture and meditation
