Pregnant, again!!

Hey girls has anyone ever gotten pregnant 4 months after having a baby via c-section? Just found out I’m pregnant tonight I’m 19 with a 4 month old already(obviously) and not sure what it’s going to be like, how hard is it raising two at such a young age? How was the pregnancy and how did labour go, did you need to be induced?
