Muscle cramp in side?

So last night I was sleeping and this awful pain in the side of my abdomen woke me up. It wasn’t all the way on my side but toward my left side on my abdomen. It felt like someone was twisting something in there almost like a muscle cramp or Charlie horse or something. I couldn’t even talk to tell my husband what was wrong and it last for about ten seconds. After that I had to use to restroom.... I am 10 weeks today.

Has anyone else had this feeling or know what this could have been?

Maybe it’s growing/stretching pains?
