Nightmarish dreams

Someone please help me as to why I'm having these dreams

So a few months I had a dream that my oldest son was in our oven burning alive like skin melting burning i woke up crying my eyes out

2 weeks ago I had a dream that I was holding my youngest son and that I got tackled by a sex trafficker

Last night (today) I had a dream that 1 I was being abducted by some Indian type people and 2 that my youngest son was in a locked bedroom that was flooding and I couldn't get to him and that my oldest was in a locked deep freezer, when I was able to open the freezer my son had ice all around him but was still alive but barely he was in the corner in a fetal position. I cannot get those images out of my head. I know they were just dreams but they were so vivid and clear I have no idea what they mean but I'm sitting here crying as I type because of these horrific dreams
