Do you think my chest is hurting due to all the vomiting?

Wednesday I had early doctor appointment with my obgyn doctor fairly early. I didn't eat breakfast which i eat breakfast on some days but anyway

After my doctor appointment I felt slight headache coming on so my grandma and I went got lunch at Wendy's. I has nuggets and fries. I barely could eat because of my headache

Later that afternoon when I got home and layed down. My headache made me sick. It made me vomit all the Wendy's. So yesterday my chest is hurting so i was amusing its from vomiting.

Today my chest still hurts but it comes and goes. I guess its still from vomiting possibly anxiety or even gas.

I have no heart problems or other health conditions.
