Keto or low carb?
Curious if anyone is doing low carb while pregnant? Doesn’t need to be keto specifically but prior to finding out I was expecting I had been doing healthy keto (clean) since may. I was actually totally shocked to get a positive test because my husband and I were told 2 years ago I wouldn’t be able to conceive w/o ivf. So I hadn’t been on b/c since august 2017 and we had zero scares. Until keto haha.
So, now that I’m expecting I’ve made sure to eat even more clean (well besides some homemade desserts) and am focusing on protein/veggies with some fruit and dairy.
Anyone else?
Will be interesting to see if I get carb cravings; haven’t had them since may.
