Mad about first appointment

Attempted to schedule my first ob appointment today. This is my 4th pregnancy, 3 miscarries and 1 live birth. I was told my next pregnancy would have to be monitored more closely because my daughter was born 4 lb 12 oz and was full term and I had gestational diabetes. (Her placenta and umbilical cord was underdeveloped) The only ob we have scheduled my first appointment 10 weeks. I asked about beta testing they said they would check it at my first appointment. 🤔 if I am 10 weeks pregnant and receive an ultrasound at my first appointment what’s the point of beta testing. I honestly want to ensure this is not an etopic or at least be aware if I have a possibility of miscarrying. I am alone with my daughter in the evenings because the husband works second shift. My biggest fear is that I pass out or have something happen to me while he is not home. I know that’s crazy anxious pregnancy brain but here we are. Has this happened to anyone else, am I correct in being mad.

I called my primary doctor and told them ob would not do blood work or refused to see me for another month they are going to see what they can do.
