I randomly got this on my face about a week ago and they all popped up at once, looking to see if anyone knows what this could be

When I get ingrowns on my 🐱 this is what I do: Get a towel wet with really hot water, wring it out (but not too dry), and set it on top for 10-15 mins. 
At night, I wash with a salicylic acid face wash and moisturize with CeraVe. No fragrance or exfoliants. 
I do this at least once day and a couple times per week until it goes down. 
Stop shaving until it all goes away. You can pluck the ingrown hairs with tweezers and alcohol on cotton pad. But do NOT pop those pimples or dig around for ingrown hairs no matter how tempting. It can cause scars and infection.
