Molar pregnancy

I am still so confused. They don't say don't fall pregnant the only reason they say don't is because they want to keep track of the hcg levels.

I thought I had this under control until my husband brought his 4yr old and I just broke down as I felt that will not be happening to me anytime soon. I don't know what to do around them I don't feel like connecting as I feel left out. I don't feel anyone understands how I feel. I love his child but his not mine and that will never change
