Red potatoes bad or not?

Can’t tell if they’re bad or not. They’re slightly still firm but also a little soft at the same time?

Peel them and see if they’re brown inside.  If not, they’re fine

My grandma would eat them, but I personally wouldn't, I have gotten sick from potatoes before & I just don't like to take chances. 
I don't think they are bad, but the one in the back is to wrinkly for me.

They look ok. Peal them and cut out any bad spots
