Serious question !!

Hey everyone When I was 15-16 I use to workout everyday and I would be fine and I’d have a good workout and my body would feel good but I’m now 17 and recently got off birth control from being on it for 10 months and I gained 30 pounds but now when I try to exercise 20 mins in my lower back and my whole waist starts cramping like if I’m having bad period cramps to where I need to stop and sit down it hurts bad to where I wanna cry i don’t know if it has anything to do with my weight but I only weigh 145 now. And I was wondering if anyone might have a clue ?
