Hi guys! I’m unsure of whether I am pregnant or not. I have extreme anxiety and therefore I cannot take a test yet... please don’t judge. My last period was August 15-22. A week ago September 25th, I went in to get a vaginal ultrasound for some other health reasons but she said my uterine lining was nice and thin and that I had a bit of free fluid that was probably a popped cyst. All I have are tender breasts and some uterine discomfort... keep in mind he never finished inside of me and it is now October 4th. Would they have been able to notice if I were pregnant or not on that ultrasound? Please help!!

Edit: we had sex every Sunday (only day we both have free time) he pulled out every time. He has children from a previous partner and the only times she got pregnant was when he did finish inside leading me to believe his precum might not contain sperm?

Essentially I am asking if they would have been able to notice on the vaginal ultrasound if I am or not? They did ask when my last period was and they did not say anything about that being quite late

Please be kind, my extreme anxiety is hindering me from taking a test at this moment. Just wanted other opinions
