Hi,

My daughter is 14 weeks. My nipples have started leaking again the last few days. I never breastfed her and they stopped leaking when she was around 1/2 weeks old.

I had some spotting a couple of weeks ago and I’ve also been cramping on & off the last week. My first last period since having my baby was 25th August. The same symptoms I had when pregnant the first time.

Could it be a sign of a new pregnancy? I took a test a little while ago but looks negative.
