When to untape broken pinky toe.

I broke my pinky toe 2 weeks ago, its been buddy taped for 2 weeks now I don’t have any pain I can walk when its taped. It only hurts badly when I open the toe sideways. Should I untape it or should I leave it? Theres only a bit of bruising but no swelling. How long should it be buddy taped for?

Did you dr say? I would suggest waiting and speaking with them tomorrow about it if they didn't tell you. If they did then wait untill they told you.

If it was legitimately broken then keeping it taped more like 4-6 weeks will probably help it heal better.
