4/5 DPO cramps

Hi guys can I have some help please. I am 4/5 DPO and I’ve started to get cramps almost like the ones just before AF but not as intense. I keep going toilet to check if I’ve started my period because it’s the kind of feeling I get. Can anyone help with what it could be. Today is C21 of my cycle. Any help would be really appreciated !!
