Teething and moderate fever?

My 14 month old baby has had a fever for 72 hours now. She looks to be cutting 6 teeth, two molars, and the smaller ones next to them on both top and bottom. It has gotten up to 103. We’ve been alternating Tylenol or Motrin every 6 hours to try and keep her comfortable. She has been totally fine and normal up until today. We went to the doctor this morning and no UTI, no ear infection, heart and lungs are fine. They drew blood and we came home at 1pm. She’s been in bed with me for about 4 hours now, nursing. There’s no way it could be COVID, as we have been hardcore quarantined since March, and we work from home, grocery delivery, etc. She was eating and drinking just fine the last few days, but only wants nursing and sleep today. I am an emotional wreck! Help! 😭
