Can you take melatonin while pregnant?

I usually take 10mg. Anyone have any information on melatonin. Or any safe pregnant sleep aides. I’m trying to stay calm, off the phone, read, but sometimes I need a little extra help.

My doctor said I can take melatonin it’s just not to suggested to take every single night :)

My dr said melatonin is ok but only 1mg. Unisom is also pregnancy approved for sleep

Unisom and will try not to take melatonin often in the meantime.
