Late night conversations in person to like 1 in the morning.
Dinner together twice at my place
Playful teasing 
I would make sarcastic jokes and he would knock off my had or playfully hit me with a towel or something. 
My two of my friends thought we were flirting and thinks there’s something there and my roommate thinks that he always like that with his friends that are girls so I’m confused if he even likes me or just goofing around. How do I know and how do I approach it? He lives right next to me and see me every day so I don’t want to make things awkward.

How long has this been going on? And if it’s longer than a month I would ask the guy if he likes me or you tell him if you have feelings for him. But ask your friends if you think if there’s something else and if you can find out if he hangs out with anyone else. Like if I was in your situation I would find out everything before I would open up to him. Like does he date or he just likes to flirt around to get to something, you know?
