Cleaned with bleach

I’m so paranoid I’ve done something so wrong. I cleaned the bathroom with bleach, a lot of bleach. No gloves, mask, nothing. So lots of fumes. I left it in the toilet and forgot about it and when I got up to pee in the middle of the night I got very nauseous (urine and bleach should not be mixed) I flushed it and the next day my husband opened all the windows, put the air filter in there and wiped down the whole bathroom with vinegar to remove the bleach odor. I’m SO afraid I’ve harmed my baby (12 weeks pregnant). Anyone else use bleach while pregnant and everything is okay???
