is this normal? it was scabbed over but now her diaper ripped it :( should i be concerned ?

As long as it isn't oozing out bleeding alllot it's fine

One of my twins belly buttons looked just like this. Ped said it was fine as long as it wasn’t oozing or infected. The diapers may continue to irritate it though, so just be careful around it for a little while!
