Fertility issues?

Hello! I have listed a few bullet points of issues I have been experiencing over the last year with fertility.

I stopped contraception October 2019 (implant)

I have Regular unprotected sex with no pregnancies

I have Very Regular periods (28 day cycles)

No PCOS or endometriosis symptoms ( except thin hair )

I occasionally experience pain around when my predicted ovulation is. (The right lower side of my abdomen is always a little tender for some reason when pressed on. No appendicitis, no cysts shown on internal scan.

I Tracked ovulation through my last two cycles and never got dark positive lines. Always remained very faint almost not there. (Tests taken the same time every day)

In the last year I have started experiencing acne when throughout my teenage years I always had clear skin (I suspect it is since coming off my implant and is hormonal)

On my partners side, he has a few issues with staying hard and climaxing. (Not consistently however)

I am just not sure what is going on. If anyone could help shed any light on similar issues or what the next steps would be?
