am I a little?

my boyfriend came over a few weeks ago and he was helping dye my hair and i was struggling trying to get the stuff mixed and getting certain parts of my hair, anyways he was babying me and I felt so so happy when he was doing that, he does it a lot more now and I like when he babies me and makes me feel little and small, is that a bad thing? I’ve explored the little community but I personally for me don’t like the pacifiers and diapers because that not how I feel, I like him babying me and talking to me softly and I can’t explain it someone help me 😂 but does this mean I am a little?
