How many fingers is considered “closed” or “healed” for DR? I’m at one finger wide right now at 10 months pp (I stopped working out, I’m getting back into it now though).
I feel like my “mommy tummy” isn’t as big as it looks, it’s just my abs still needing to heal, which is frustrating. Should it be at one finger width? Or less than that? Thank you!
