So Im not doing financially well and I’m stuck debating if i should apply for a job that’s paying more than my current. I love my job right now and everything i do. I enjoy working with my co workers & the company, but I’m only making $13/hour. I was told we get raises yearly, which my year mark would be in March. But there’s another company hiring right now that starts off $15 and they have great benefits as well but it’s a call center and I’m iffy on that. Which I’m a customer Rep right now but i have more freedom. What would you do?
