What is this? Small tiny boils on my newborns face

I see lots of tiny boils on my newborn’s face. I used a little bit of soap on his face while bathing. Not sure if that could be the reason? 
Any remedy on how to get this reduced... it seems to be more than yesterday

Baby acne. My girl has it too. Showed up at about 2 weeks.

Typically it is run of the mill baby acne. My first had it so bad her whole face was breaking out and red from the inflammation. The Dr prescribed a steroid to help it clear up but most of the time just keeping it clean is enough to have it clear up. It may only be a few days, it could be a few weeks. My son (now 4 weeks) has it also but not quite as bad. We cleanse it in the morning and again at night and I’m hoping it goes away in its own!
