I drink diet soda. It has no carbs and is a treat for me. It’s not really that good haha but it helps switch things up instead of water all the time.

I drink seltzer with some diet 5 juice usually cranberry lemonade or cranberry apple flavored

I had a big glass of sweet tea only one glass I made it last all day while drinking water with it.. my dr told me to be careful and as long as it didn't spike me I was fine sweet tea never bothered me.. i also think this miss diagnosed me my numbers were never bad after that stupid test. And both my daughter born 4 years apart where only 6lbs

You can drink unsweet tea, but the caffeine can cause your sugars to do weird things. Try it and figure out what works for you. Or even go caffeine free.
