Swollen, numb and tingly hand and feet in morning

Good morning ladies! Looking for a bit of advice this morning. This last week it seems I’ve been waking up in the morning with constant painful swelling, numbness and prickling sensation in my hands and feet. Baby has been moving normal and active, but this morning I’m just so achy I was looking for others with similar symptoms and all I could find was preeclampsia signs. I never had it with my first born two years ago, I also have a OB appointment tomorrow, but thinking I may call when they open due to how uncomfortable I am. Anybody else have this and know what to think? Any info or suggestions would be very much appreciated!💕 I know some swelling is normal in pregnancy which is why I haven’t thought much of it, after I wake up about an hour later or so I feel fine. So it just has me a touch concerned
