Help!

FTM and my son is 3 weeks and 5 days old. He’s gotten to become kind of “regular” with his sleep these last few days but at the wrong hours. I’m really hoping we can fix it and I’m just wondering if anyone has any advice.

For the sake of understanding I’m going to start the day at 330 am because that seems to be when he is the most awake/ready to interact.

330am: He wakes and is up every hour fussing to be fed and needing to be changed. He cluster feeds until about 9am with short 30 min naps.

930/10am: he’ll go down for a longer 2 hour nap.

1130am-1200pm: He’ll wake up and cluster feed again until about 4pm.

4/500pm: he takes a good 3 hour nap until about 7/8pm (he sleeps in the living room with lights on an tv on).

7-800pm: When he gets up he eats, we change into PJs, and he’ll go down in our dark room with white noise, in his bassinet for a solid 3 hours,

1030/1130pm: he wakes up to eat, change, back down for 2-3 hours

130am: eat, sleep for two hours then up at 330/4 to begin to cluster feed until about 9am.

He is breast fed only. He’s definitely gaining weight. The only thing that seems off is that he really seems like he strains to poop which keeps him up in those early morning hours. It makes no sense because he has really soft liquid stools.

I know he’s just going through a phase but I feel like if I could somehow just get him to push back those 3 hour naps he takes in the afternoon/evening we might all have a little bit of our sanity back hey see the early morning cluster feeding is killing me.
