BBT Rise But BFN
What are you’re thoughts? AF was due today or tomorrow and I had a rise in my temp this morning instead of seeing a decrease (right? First time charting). But took a test and BFN. I feel bloated and a little crampy and honestly it feels like AF is coming but wouldn’t my temperature be decreasing then? Anyone else experience this? What was the outcome? BFP or BFN?
