brown creamy blood on placebo week

I’ve been on birth control for 6 months and I started my withdrawal bleed on Tuesday of this week and I’ve had is very light, brown creamy blood or a little pink blood. I’m definitely not pregnant. I’m just confused as to why it’s not heavier/red blood because it usually turns red by now. Anyone else experience this?
