Is it bad to hold in sneezes?

Hi girls, I’m 16 and I hate sneezing. I always hold in my sneezes and my mom yells at me and tells me to just sneeze. Is she right?

Well it’s your body’s way of getting foreign stuff out of your nose rather than breathing it in. You can hold it in if you want, but it’s really not benefitting you at all.
