Any one dealing with ttc with one fallopian tube

In march I found out I was preggers and in April 11th I was rushed to the hospital because the pregnancy wasn't viable it was a tubal devastating news im a be honest i had a ab back in my days but this was absolutely the worst my choice I didnt get i think to myself maybe im gettong punished for the child I aborted who knows I felt a sense of loss and scared the surgery ended with me getting blood transfusions and the removal of my right tube i now been ttc and was wondering whats my chance at 37years old and with one healthy tube left. I took a ov test on the 1st Oct and now days later im waking up wet and all day I have had a elevated temp in mid day but everything at this point I try to put as if it's a conception andyone going threw this
