Early ultrasound

I had an early ultrasound yesterday, because of my past miscarriage. I had a strong BFP on sept 26 and my last period was sept 1 so I had thought I had ovulated early. Instead at the ultrasound we could only see the sac, no embryo or fetal pole noted. She quoted me as 5weeks5days yesterday. And now I have to go back for another ultrasound on oct 26. Ugh, I can’t help thinking the worst especially after my miscarriage in July. Wishing everyone a healthy and full term pregnancy 💕
