Please help

I am crying right now because I don’t know what’s wrong. My tests came back negative but I been having irritation when I urinate. But it’s occasional irritation. All the doctors I go to tell me that it’s yeast or bv but it never cured. I stopped using soaps and everything. I’m so depressed can someone please help me or give advice on what this could be
