ATE UNDERCOOKED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Help!!!! I accidentally just ate undercooked Brussels sprouts!!! I ate about three of them before I realized they were undercooked and now I’m super worried that I hurt my baby!!! Does anybody know if this is truly bad?? Internet says it can give you salmonella or listeria and I’m freaking out!!
