Cultured Low-fat milk?

Can you drink these while your pregnant? I’m only 4 weeks. It says it has cultured low-fat milk. I know you’re only supposed to have pasteurized milk/cheese. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Its pasteurized. Also if you are in the US major cheese brands including soft cheese are pasteurized. You only have to worry about cheeses if you get them from a store like lassens or sprouts.
