Did anyone successfully use dr brown’s bottles & breastfeed?

I got to stay home with him and I'm so glad I did because he absolutely hatted bottles. I think I got him to accept a bottle maybe half a dozen times in his life and the only ones he took were the mam bottles.

Yes, we supplemented with one formula bottle a day up until he was about 6 months old and we used these with a preemie nipple and pace feeding. I’ve seen a lot of people talk about them leaking, but most of those people are using the “options” with the green vent. We used the regular with the blue vent and didn’t have any issues.

Yep that’s all we used the first few months of his life (but he didn’t really need a bottle much cause I stayed at home) then we switched them out with the comotomo

My son didn’t breastfeed very much but needed Dr Browns bottles in the NICU because they have an ultra preemie nipple and they were the worst bottles ever. They leak super bad. I also had to fortify breastmilk for him once he was home and you can’t mix formula in the bottles as they leak so bad. I was never so glad to ditch a bottle when he could handle a regular flow nipple. I used Lansinoh bottles with zero issues for 2 of my kids and they both breastfed 1-2 times/day without issues going from bottle to breast.
