Am I having a miscarriage

I found out yesterday at the doctor's that I'm pregnant. My iud was only expired for one month. I've been bleeding Wednesday and Thursday but it stopped today. I had hcg levels checked, doctor said they were "fair" "better than expected" we are checking levels again on Monday to see if they rise or drop. Has anyone had a successful pregnancy after heavy bleeding and has anyone had a successful pregnancy after conceiving on an iud? Please someone share your experience or even better give me hope. I want this baby...🥺
