Conception dream

My partner and I have been TTC for over a 1.5 years. I got positive pregnancy tests twice since trying, but ended up miscarrying both times. I woke up from a dream that I concieved earlier this month, sometime a week after ovulation. It woke me up and I immediately said to him "I had a dream i was pregnant!"

I didnt expect to become pregnant this month because we had sex only once in my fertility window and well before when I usually ovulate. I didnt even bother to log it because it seemed very unlikely.

AF is expected in 2 days, but i took a test this morning as a do a few days before AF just because. And I usually watch the red line turn and see if I can see the positive line come up. This time I just set it aside, and was scrolling on my phone for a few good minutes.

To my surprise... i look over and I see 2 vfl Hoping it sticks!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
