Do I stop sleeping with him?

I’ve been seeing this guy for 4 months. He’s amazing. First guy my parents love and based on his qualities and personality he’s marriage material. He checks off everything. I’ve met his hole family. He takes me out. He doesn’t date anyone else. But he’s afraid that if we give it a title things will change and he’s had two long relationships so he likes having his version of single since he’s not seeing anyone else. He admits it’s probably him being in his head and overthinking. He’s also concerned that we aren’t in love by this point. He says he likes me a lot and has feelings developing but not love. So here I am 4 month in and no title. We’ve been sleeping together but honestly i thought we be together a long time ago. So if I stop sleeping with him will that cause tension, awkwardness and distance? Or will it show that I’m holding myself at a higher value and self worth??? I want to make this work but after having our where’s this going convo I’m just not sure. It sounds like he’s going to ask me out but doesn’t want to just yet but who knows.
