Diaper pail recommendations

I've been reading diaper pail reviews and I'm trying to decide if any of them are worth getting.  They all seem to have a list of pros and cons.  I've looked at the Ubbi, Diaper Genie and Munchkin brands.

We have the Ubbi! I love it. Got it after watching SEVERAL YouTube videos of moms recommending it. The replaceable bags are cheap or you can use regular trash bags. And it works as long as the lid is closed, you can’t smell the dirty diapers. We change out the bag twice a week on trash days. Bought the 25 pack of trash bags and it took me 3 months to go through it. Highly recommend.

FTM so I can’t personally speak to the Ubbi. However, I did buy one based off the reviews. As an added plus I found it at TJ Maxx for $39!

This! I have this one and an Ubbi. I bought the Ubbi bc everyone was raving about it. Frankly it stinks (literally). The dekor I like better bc you don’t have to waste a whole bag taking out a poop diaper. I find the bag refills super cheap on amazon. I also like the foot pedal instead of the latch on the Ubbi pail. My daughter is constantly messing with the latch on the Ubbi pail but doesn’t know how to open the dekor. Honestly all diaper pails are gonna have a slight smell when changing out the bag and stuff but I find that the dekor contains it better.

I don’t use a diaper pail. I use these. I can fit a few diapers in them and tie it up and throw it in the garage. The poopy diapers get sealed up right away and put in the garbage and that keeps the stink at bay. Also, we take the garbage out every day

Ubbi for sure! We have 2, one upstairs and one downstairs. Used it through our 1st kiddo back in 2017 and still working perfectly for our 2nd kiddo now. We just use regular 13 gallon trash bags and its so easy to change the bag. No smells and love that the sliding lid locks for when baby becomes a nosy toddler lol
