Constant UTIs

i’m sexually active for almost a year now, and the last 7 months or so i’ve been getting utis more and more commonly. sometimes it’s not even a uti i’ll just get the symptoms and then it goes away overnight with some advil. i’ve only had a very serious one once for the first time, and even that one lasted only about 2 days max. what does this mean? i do everything i’m supposed to i think, just kind of at a loss. and the pain starts when i’m just sitting at home, like today. usually i just take azo and then it goes away in hours, but still very unfortunate that they start out of nowhere. any thoughts?
