Is it possible that anyone went for their 6w1d ultrasound and didn’t see a heartbeat nor hear one yet? But yet have a fetal pole, yoke sac and gestational sac? I have another ultrasound scheduled in a week to follow-up. He said everything g looked healthy but sometimes they can’t pick up a heartbeat or flicker until 6w2d but I think he was just being nice. I want honest answers please, no sugar coating!❤️
