is it possible as a single mother to buy your own home?

i’m 20 just had my son, i’m in college right now for nursing. in my area nurses make about 60k starting, would it be possible to buy a house by myself? i’m thinking of something in the 300k range. or is this all unrealistic?

i’m not really sure how much house you can afford?

my parents thankfully are allowing me to stay with them until i finish college and i want to save up for 6 months- a year.

if anyone has been in the same situation can you share your experiences?

i just want to focus on me and my son and being able to take care of us.
